Je speelt een sleutelrol in het motiveren van het team, het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse operaties en het zorgen dat elke klant met een blijvende indruk vertrekt.
De Rol
Je zult dagelijks de volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:

Voorbeeldfunctie: Je ondersteunt en inspireert het team op de winkelvloer en creëert een positieve, energieke omgeving waar teamwork gedijt.

Ondersteuning bij het behalen van doelen: Je helpt de verkoop te stimuleren en bij te dragen aan de prestaties en winstgevendheid van de winkel.
•
Klantenservice: Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant topservice ontvangt, zich welkom voelt en aangemoedigd wordt om terug te komen.
•
Operationele ondersteuning: Je helpt bij de dagelijkse winkeloperaties en zorgt ervoor dat processen en standaarden consistent worden nageleefd.
•
Visual Merchandising: Je helpt de hoge visuele standaarden te handhaven, zodat de winkel altijd aantrekkelijk en on-brand is.
•
Teamontwikkeling: Je coacht en ondersteunt teamleden, zodat ze hun vaardigheden en prestaties kunnen verbeteren.
•
JD-cultuur en standaarden: Je vertegenwoordigt de JD-houding en zorgt ervoor dat het team de energie en stijl van het merk weerspiegelt.
•
Mensenondersteuning: Je helpt bij het inwerken van nieuwe teamleden en zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid wordt nageleefd.
•
Veiligheid voorop: Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat alle veiligheidsprocedures te allen tijde worden gevolgd.
