In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Senior Pharmaceutical Specialist en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorkomen en oplossen van kwaliteit gerelateerde problemen. Je adviseert over farmaceutisch technische kwesties, onderzoekt klantproblemen en implementeert oplossingen. Samen met je team bepaal je de GMP-strategie voor de afdeling. Je houdt je bezig met klachtafhandeling, deviatiemanagement, change control, documentatie, jaarlijkse kwaliteitsreviews, interne en externe audits, en projectmatig werk voor verbeteringen.
