Als Verkoopmedewerker Vis ben je actief op een drukbezochte afdeling waar kwaliteit en klantbeleving centraal staan. Je helpt horecaklanten, koks en hobbykoks bij hun keuze en geeft advies over bereiding en recepten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de toonbank aantrekkelijk is en controleert de versheid van alle producten. Daarnaast bewerk je vis zodat deze verkoopklaar is en volg je de HACCP-richtlijnen nauwkeurig op. Je denkt mee over acties en klanttevredenheid en verzorgt af en toe demonstraties of proeverijen. Je werkt in een team dat jouw liefde voor verse producten deelt.
Verantwoordelijkheden

Adviseren van klanten om hen met de juiste producten naar huis te laten gaan.

Presentatie van de visafdeling op peil houden en de kwaliteit van alle verse producten bewaken.
•
Vis bewerken door te fileren, portioneren en ontvellen, en zorgen voor een schone en nette afdeling.
•
Actief meedenken over verbeteringen, acties en deals.
•
Om de week op zaterdag werken, met altijd zondag vrij.
•
Bijdragen aan een gastvrije sfeer zodat klanten graag terugkomen.
