As a Hospitality Manager, you will serve as the main interface between Cognizant's internal operations and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring the highest standards of service. Your day-to-day activities will include:

Warmly greeting all visitors to the Digital Studio, guiding them through registration, and attending to their needs during their visit.

Liaising with Cognizant employees regarding reception services.
•
Maintaining the reception area, waiting spaces, and meeting rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
•
Managing conference room bookings and ensuring all visitor registrations are handled efficiently.
•
Collaborating with security and facilities management teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
•
Training and supporting reception staff to enhance customer service.
