Dit is jouw kans om vanaf het begin bij te dragen aan een groeiend team binnen een succesvolle organisatie. Je gaat werken met producten zoals televisies, speakers, en slimme apparaten die consumenten dagelijks gebruiken.
De Rol
In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je werkt samen met accountmanagers, productmanagers en leveranciers om optimale ondersteuning te bieden. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Onderhouden van contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail
•
Uitwerken van offertes en ondersteunen van het verkoopproces
•
Signaleren van commerciële kansen
•
Meedenken over ons assortiment en nieuwe producten
•
Opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties
•
Vastleggen van klantinformatie in ons CRM-systeem
•
Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen Copaco
