De Rol

In this varied position, you will combine your expertise as a Claims Specialist in personal injury with valuable conversations in the field. You will spend part of your time in the office handling cases comprehensively while also going out regularly to establish personal contact with those involved. This keeps your work human, impactful, and substantively interesting. You are confident in your field but actively seek connections with victims and colleagues. You work closely with your team, ensuring short lines of communication, quick responses, and plenty of opportunities for collaboration.

Verantwoordelijkheden

We aim to schedule visits as much as possible in your region to minimize travel time and maintain a balanced workweek.

•

One fixed day per week, you will go out for two field visits (averaging 80 visits per year, scheduled by our administrative support, allowing you to focus on the content).

•

One day per week, you will prepare and follow up on your visits.

•

Three days per week, you will independently manage your personal injury cases as you are accustomed to.
