In de rol van frontoffice medewerker/receptioniste ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen van klanten, het afhandelen van inkomend telefoonverkeer, de inkomende en uitgaande post, archief- en scanwerkzaamheden, agendabeheer van de partners en overige secretariële taken. Je bent het eerste gezicht van Abin voor onze klanten.
Over het Team
Je maakt deel uit van een team van zeven receptionistes en secretaresses, met wie je dagelijks nauw samenwerkt. Jullie hebben een afwisselend takenpakket, wat deze functie veelzijdig maakt. Je komt te werken in een enthousiast, dynamisch, ervaren en collegiaal team.
