Als teamleider bij Okidoki stuur je verschillende opvanglocaties aan en fungeer je als contactpersoon voor belanghebbenden. Je draagt het pedagogisch kader “Ontdek het talent dat je bent” uit en stimuleert brede ontwikkeling. Je hebt het overzicht en bent in staat om producten en activiteiten te ontwikkelen en uit te werken. Je werkt samen met een team van 11 leidinggevenden om de kracht van de organisatie te behouden en verder te ontwikkelen.

Inspireren van medewerkers en optimaliseren van samenwerking met de directie.

Onderhouden van relaties met samenwerkingspartners zoals scholen.

Waarborgen van kwaliteit, gezondheid en veiligheid op de locaties.

Stimuleren en ontwikkelen van het organisatie- en pedagogisch beleid.
•
Creëren van hoge klant- en medewerkerstevredenheid.
