Als Specialist Schade ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schadebeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier zorgvuldig wordt behandeld en dat het maximale rendement wordt behaald. De belangrijkste taken zijn:
Verantwoordelijkheden:
•
Opdracht geven voor reparatie en expertise, inclusief kostensturing, voortgangsbewaking, nota controle en doorbelastingen.
•
Aanleggen, administreren, verwerken en archiveren van schadegevallen en dossiers.
•
Afhandelen van total loss gevallen in overleg met de Coördinator Schade.
•
Zorgdragen voor een correct verloop van de bieding en verkoopprocedure.
•
Correspondentie voeren met klanten, reparateurs, experts en andere instellingen.
•
Bij diefstal van een voertuig, een dossier aanleggen, correspondentie met de klant en betrokken instanties, en het volgen van het protocol om de auto terug te krijgen.
•
Inzetten en sturen van vervangend vervoer.
