Dit doen wij door korte en praktische begeleidingstrajecten, pocketsessies, trainingen en workshops. Hiermee dragen wij bij aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van werknemers en ontwikkeling van organisaties naar minder verzuim.
De Rol
Als Psycholoog coach je werknemers die vastlopen in werk of privé, en ondersteun je hen bij re-integratie. Je voert Analyse & Advies gesprekken over mentale belastbaarheid en neemt initiatieven voor acquisitie, zoals deelname aan beurzen. Daarnaast geef en ontwikkel je trainingen, webinars en advies aan werkgevers.
