Wij zijn op zoek naar een HR-stagiair die een waardevolle bijdrage wil leveren aan ons People Services team. Je zult kennis en ervaring opdoen in diverse HR-administratieve en adviserende taken, zoals het werken met arbeidsvoorwaarden, processen en salarisbetalingen. Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in HR-softwaretools en moderne communicatietoepassingen. Er zijn mogelijkheden om specifieke opdrachten op te pakken, zoals:
De invulling van deze opdrachten stemmen we af op de organisatiebehoefte en jouw interesses. Met jouw kritische blik kun je bijdragen aan de prestatiedoelstellingen van ons team. Dit is een dynamische rol waarin je hands-on ervaring opdoet en een solide basis legt voor je HR-carrière.

Het optimaliseren van onze knowledge base door klantvragen te analyseren.

Het verbeteren van (digitale) werkprocessen.

Het assisteren bij het opzetten van een nieuwe chatbot.
