Als Mechanical Engineer bij Vandoren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp van procesinstallaties voor klanten in de voedingsindustrie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines om projecten van ontwerp tot realisatie succesvol te laten verlopen. Hierbij denk je mee over verbeteringen, innovaties en praktische oplossingen binnen het ontwerp.
De Rol
Je maakt 3D-modellen van de procesinstallaties, voert berekeningen uit en vertaalt concepten naar uitvoerbare technische oplossingen. Je houdt rekening met sterkte, uitzetting en materiaalkeuze en zorgt dat alles klopt tot op de millimeter. Vervolgens vertaal je dit naar constructietekeningen zodat de uitvoering hiermee aan de slag kan.
