De Rol
Als Expert Broking – Delivery Support ben je ondermeer verantwoordelijk voor:
•
Het trekken of primair vervullen van grootschalige onderwerpen zoals procesverbeteringen en het opstellen van inwerk- en opleidingsprogramma’s.
•
Het coördineren van besluitvorming tussen Broking, Operations, en andere afdelingen/systemen.
•
Het opstellen, beheren en borgen van procesbeschrijvingen en procedures.
•
Het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken en het begeleiden van change-initiatieven.
•
Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technologische doorontwikkeling en het stimuleren van samenwerking tussen verschillende teams.
