De Rol
Je werkt zelfstandig aan zowel grote als kleinere projecten, waarbij je vanaf tekening werkt. Je denkt mee, overlegt met collega's op de bouwplaats en begeleidt eventueel leerling-monteurs in je team. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie waar vakmanschap hoog in het vaandel staat.
