We are embarking on an innovative venture aimed at integrating new, high-value crops into controlled environment agriculture (CEA). Our company merges genetics, breeding, trait selection, and cultivation protocols to create crops that can be consistently cultivated in CEA and adapted for scalable commercial applications in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and agrifood sectors.

The Role

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to translate this vision into a focused technology and product roadmap. In this role, you will steer the scientific and technological direction of the venture, integrating genetics, cultivation, product development, data, and commercial strategy into a coherent execution model.

Responsibilities

Define the technology roadmap for the venture.

Lead the development of genetics, cultivation protocols, and validation processes.

Translate scientific opportunities into commercially viable programs.

Build and manage the technology team.

•

Coordinate with external research and development partners.

•

Support intellectual property and platform decisions.
