We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Data Centre team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage the engineering function as the senior representative, coordinating with the line manager and providing engineering leadership for your projects. You will set the strategy for engineering, oversee onsite control, and work closely with engineers and the supply chain. As the primary point of reference for quality assurance, you will ensure compliance with Sisk Quality procedures and requirements while managing temporary works and lifting operations when necessary.

Demonstrate advanced awareness of dimensional control and convert global grids into local formats.
•
Ensure site and graduate engineers manage survey equipment effectively.
•
Oversee the completion of as-built surveys for key elements, understanding tolerances and analyzing details across interfaces to identify potential issues.
•
Maintain an individual daily diary.
•
Exhibit competence in quality control principles, review and create Inspection & Test Plans, and possess advanced knowledge of key packages like concrete, drainage, steelwork, and brickwork.
•
Maintain awareness of project specifications, particularly tolerances for vertical and horizontal structural elements.
•
Control the components of the SISK Non-Conformance procedure, create and close out Non-Conformances, and understand the costs associated with defects and remedial works.
•
Issue “Permits to break ground” and review/create method statements and risk assessments.
•
Identify missing information and possess a strong understanding of the project RFI process.
