Ben jij de ervaren F&B Manager die wij zoeken? Als F&B Manager maak je deel uit van het Management Team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de gehele Food & Beverage operatie. Je voert de regie over onze bar, restaurants en banqueting- en congresactiviteiten en waarborgt kwaliteit, service en rendement. Daarnaast ben je als ondersteuning van de Keuken Manager mede verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de keuken en het inkoopbeleid.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Aansturen van restaurant- en banquetingmanagers, (sous)chefs, shiftleaders en medewerkers.
•
Kwaliteit van service en processen bewaken.
•
Efficiënte samenwerking tussen bediening en keuken waarborgen.
•
Verantwoordelijk voor personeelsplanning, werving & selectie en omzet- en kostenbewaking.
•
Operationeel aanspreekpunt tijdens grote congressen en evenementen.
