In deze rol schrijf je niet alleen voedingsadviezen, maar ook voedselboxen en werk je mee aan een nieuw zorgmodel. Je begeleidt mensen met diabetes type 2 via consulten, groepsworkshops en directe opvolging. Deelnemers ontvangen wekelijks een box met vers voedsel van lokale, regeneratieve boeren, en jij helpt hen om dit voedsel om te zetten in een duurzame leefstijl. Je draagt bij aan het bewijs dat gezonde voeding een integraal onderdeel van het zorgsysteem moet zijn en werkt aan een eerlijkere markt voor boeren.

Stichting HarvestCare streeft naar een wereld waarin voedsel een vast onderdeel van de zorg is. In samenwerking met het Erasmus MC en lokale boeren, veranderen we de manier waarop voeding in de zorg wordt benaderd.
