De Rol
Als Junior Schadebehandelaar coördineer, optimaliseer en behandel je schadeprocessen voor deze VvE’s en vervul je een afwisselende rol met verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne collega’s, externe experts en verzekeraars. In deze veelzijdige rol bestaan jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden onder andere uit:

Klanten telefonisch te woord staan van klanten en vragen beantwoorden;
•
Coördineren en monitoren van schadeafhandeling;
•
Ondersteunen van collega’s bij dossiers;
•
Contact onderhouden met experts, verzekeraars en collega’s;
•
Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen;
•
Bijhouden van gegevens en ondersteunen bij rapportages.
