Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers to deliver high-quality coffees to specialty coffee roasters, ensuring traceability and transparency throughout the supply chain.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Green Coffee Quality Coordinator to manage our coffee quality control processes. This role includes evaluating green coffee quality, overseeing coffee sample operations, and maintaining high standards across all products. You will contribute to managing our QC lab and execute quality control protocols as directed by management, while also enhancing Attesa Coffee’s QC processes.

Responsibilities

•

**Documentation, Record-keeping and Communication**: Identify and document coffee samples upon receipt, maintain accurate records in our database, and communicate proactively with origin sourcing and sales teams to manage sample flow.

**Cupping and Quality Control**: Observe and record key aspects of coffee, roast samples according to established protocols, conduct cupping sessions, evaluate green coffee quality, and provide feedback to the sales and sourcing team.

**Packaging and Fulfillment**: Repackage coffees for sampling, monitor inventory to prevent waste, and prepare and ship samples to customers efficiently.

•

**Sampling and Inspection**: Conduct sensory evaluations and laboratory tests, analyze data from quality tests, prepare reports, and communicate quality standards to producers and suppliers.
