We zijn op zoek naar een flexibele en enthousiaste Full Time Supervisor voor onze winkel in Leidschendam Mall Of The Netherlands. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de winkelvloer, met de focus op het behalen van omzetdoelen en het coachen van je team in klantgerichtheid. Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en richt je op de ontwikkeling van je team.
Vereisten

Beschikbaar voor 38 uur per week

Passie voor sneakers en mode

Extravert, zelfverzekerd en een teamspeler
•
Gedreven om verkoopdoelen te behalen in een dynamische omgeving
•
Bij voorkeur ervaring in de retail; managementervaring is een pré
