Dankzij jouw inzet blijven processen, contracten en dienstverlening continu in control.
Zodra een beveiligingsoplossing live gaat, begint jouw rol pas echt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat dienstverlening, processen en afspraken niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook in de praktijk worden nageleefd. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, verbindt interne teams en ondersteunt bij klantvraagstukken wanneer dat nodig is.
