De Finance Director leidt het Finance-team voor alle zakelijke kanalen in Nederland en fungeert als de belangrijkste business partner voor de Nederlandse marktleiders, waarbij hij groeimogelijkheden identificeert en hun uitvoering ondersteunt in de context van marktdynamiek en concurrentieomgeving, terwijl hij efficiëntie, harmonisatie en kosten-synergieën over kanalen stimuleert.
De Finance Director bouwt een hoog presterende Finance-organisatie en combineert sterke zakelijke partnerschappen met onafhankelijke financiële autoriteit, wat zorgt voor zowel effectief dagelijks financieel beheer als de voortdurende evolutie van de Finance-functie.
