Develop efficient and constructible kitchen and bathroom layouts based on project scope and client needs.

Create high-quality 3D renderings to visualize renovation concepts and aid client decision-making.

Assist with design revisions, material planning, cabinet layouts, and space optimization throughout the project.
•
Prepare and submit plans for city permitting, tracking approvals and following up on status updates.
•
Coordinate project timelines and internal tasks to facilitate smooth transitions into construction.
•
Request, collect, and organize vendor bids for various scopes including windows, doors, and electrical work.
•
Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records across multiple projects.
•
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project progress.
