Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking Front Office Team Members (Receptiemedewerker) for the opening of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth while managing check-in, check-out, and all front desk procedures. You'll handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, manage reservations and guest profiles, process payments and invoices, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for seamless operations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and support the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening.
