De rol

De Chief Operating Officer speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele management. In nauwe samenwerking met de CEO, aandeelhouders en investeerders vertaalt de COO strategische doelstellingen naar een schaalbare en efficiënte operatie. Verantwoordelijkheden

Operationele groei: De organisatie opschalen van 9 naar 25-30 FTE's, met focus op verkoop, accountmanagement, partnerschappen en technische teams.

Compliance & regelgeving: Zorgen dat alle processen voldoen aan relevante financiële wetten en regelgeving, met oog voor risico's en transparantie.

•

Technische affiniteit: In staat om technische concepten en architectuur te begrijpen, zodat je effectief kunt communiceren met het softwareontwikkelingsteam.

•

Strategische uitvoering: Prioriteiten bewaken en visie vertalen naar concrete acties, met assertiviteit en besluitvaardigheid voorop.

•

Stakeholdermanagement: Strategische partnerschappen opbouwen en commerciële en operationele capaciteiten versterken.

•

Toewijding & eigenaarschap: Je biedt niet alleen richting, maar neemt ook persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor het creëren van een toekomstbestendige basis.
