Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Deals, die in Deinen zugewiesenen Regionen online gehen. Kein Deal wird live geschaltet, bevor er von einem Kollegen aus der Abteilung Partner Support geprüft wurde. Dabei versetzt Du Dich in die Lage der Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass alle Fragen im Voraus geklärt werden und alles wie vereinbart läuft. Du kommunizierst telefonisch, per Nachricht und E-Mail mit unseren Partnern und Accountmanagern, um Deals zu optimieren und alle notwendigen Informationen einzuholen. Vollständigkeit ist Dein Mantra! Zudem richtest Du unser Buchungssystem in Absprache mit unseren Partnern ein und bist das Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen. Du baust Beziehungen zu Partnern auf, sorgst für die Einhaltung von Vereinbarungen und reagierst schnell auf Fragen oder Probleme, um stets passende Lösungen zu finden.
Anforderungen:

Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache gut genug, um Dich schriftlich und mündlich verständlich zu machen, und hast gute Englisch- oder Niederländischkenntnisse.

Hochschulniveau in Bezug auf Arbeitsweise und Denkvermögen.
•
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
•
Kaufmännisches Geschick, das Du für Social Deal einsetzen kannst.
•
Geduld und Freundlichkeit am Telefon, gepaart mit Überzeugungskraft.
•
Auge fürs Detail, um auch kleinste Fehler zu erkennen.
•
Überzeugung für das Konzept von Social Deal und die Fähigkeit, dies anderen zu vermitteln.
