Als Senior Medewerker Orderverwerking Keukens rapporteer je aan de Teamlead CMB Keukens. Je belangrijkste doel is ervoor te zorgen dat orders volledig, op tijd en volgens afspraak worden geleverd, en de klanttevredenheid te verhogen. Dit omvat het controleren van orders, het maken van aanpassingen met klanten, het zorgen voor correcte bestellingen bij leveranciers, en het beantwoorden van vragen van Verkoopadviseurs. Je controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en minimaliseert bestelfouten.
Jouw Groei
Binnen 1 jaar groei je door naar de functie van Teamlead, waar je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en het verbeteren van processen. Je coördineert de ordercontrole, geeft feedback aan Verkoop, lost knelpunten op, en onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers. Je houdt je productkennis up-to-date en initieert procesoptimalisaties binnen het team.
