Als legal assistant ben je de steun en toeverlaat van de (kandidaat-)notarissen binnen onze sectie Vastgoed. Deze sectie bestaat uit ervaren advocaten en notarissen die gespecialiseerd zijn in notarieel vastgoed, projectontwikkeling, vastgoedtransacties, duurzame energie, (commercieel) huurrecht en omgevingsrecht. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat opereert aan de top van de markt, met een open cultuur en laagdrempelige sfeer.
De Rol
Je ondersteunt de (kandidaat-)notarissen bij hun werkzaamheden en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen hen en de cliënten. Je verzorgt de administratie, houdt deadlines en afspraken in de gaten, opent dossiers, verzamelt relevante stukken en raadpleegt digitale registers. Daarnaast stel je conceptakten en bijbehorende documenten op, en zorg je voor de afwerking van dossiers en facturering.
