Capgemini Academy zoekt een ervaren Senior Learning Consultant die ons team komt versterken bij het realiseren van innovatieve leer- en ontwikkeloplossingen voor toonaangevende klanten in diverse sectoren. In deze rol combineer je strategisch advies, ontwerp, projectleiding en didactische expertise. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende opdrachten: van onboarding en professionalisering tot grote omscholingstrajecten en leerhuizen voor complete organisatieonderdelen in sectoren zoals overheid, finance, logistics en IT.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van leerprogramma’s, trainingen en digitale leermiddelen.
•
Adviseren over en implementeren van digitale leeroplossingen (LMS/LXP, e-learning, performance support).
•
Ontwerpen van functieprofielen, competentiesets en leerpaden voor teams of hele domeinen.
•
Opzetten en begeleiden van om- en bijscholingsprogramma’s (bijv. data → AI engineers, software-implementaties).
•
Coördineren van ontwikkelteams (intern & extern) en bewaken van kwaliteit en voortgang.
•
Bijdragen aan sales: klantgesprekken, offertetrajecten en projectvoorstellen.
•
Je netwerk onderhouden en commerciële kansen creëren via consultative selling.
•
Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van onze Academy-diensten en proposities.
•
Samenwerken met marketing om onze zichtbaarheid verder te vergroten.
