Onze huidige databeheerprocessen evalueren en kansen voor voortdurende verbeteringen identificeren.
•
Deskundig onderhandelen over overeenkomsten met prijsafspraken met externe partners.
•
Belangrijke partners maandelijks bijwerken met uitvoerende en projectstatusrapporten, projectplanning updates en projectrisico's.
•
Biedingen van ingenieurs en aannemers beoordelen, evenals wijzigingsmeldingen en kosten om de beste waarde voor klanten te waarborgen.
•
Aantoonbare ervaring hebt met het implementeren van kosten- en planningsbeheer werkprocessen.
•
Een uitgebreid begrip hebt van Work Breakdown Structure en projectcoderingstructuren.
•
Succesvol projectcontrolerollen hebt uitgevoerd, waaronder kostenbeheersing, planning en schatting.
•
Een diploma of vergelijkbare ervaring hebt in een bouwgerelateerde discipline.
