The Role

For our club in Heemskerk, we are looking for a Hospitality Lead for 24-36 hours per week. If you enjoy serving cold drinks after an intense match and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we want you!

Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Lead, you will set a good example for the host team and take the initiative in hospitality matters. You will have dedicated time (approximately 4-6 hours per week) to organize various aspects effectively, while also being the driving force behind hospitality during other hours:

•

Welcome players and provide a warm reception.

•

Explain the rules of padel, house rules, and Club Peakz Padel.

•

Issue and instruct players on the use of rackets and balls.

•

Perform hospitality tasks (serving drinks/snacks, checking inventory, keeping the bar clean).

•

Be visibly present on the floor and actively contribute to the Peakz vibe.

•

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe club environment.

•

Work with the online booking system.

•

Identify opportunities to enhance the player experience.

•

Make hospitality visible on the floor: provide top service and ensure the three contact moments are always executed.

•

Drive hospitality revenue through the established service level.

•

Contribute to a healthy hospitality margin by managing inventory and purchasing smartly based on occupancy.

•

Coach hosts on the job regarding hospitality and service levels.

•

Ensure optimal presentation and hygiene of the bar/hospitality area.

•

Collaborate on initiatives to improve hospitality and spending.

•

Proactively support the club manager and work with other Leads to ensure operational continuity (scheduling, emergencies, availability).
