Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to be part of the opening team for a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As part of our mission in the Happiness Industry, you will support the F&B Manager in establishing and managing the department. Your role will involve supervising daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and banqueting services, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. You will assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development, while also monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost-control processes. Collaboration with the kitchen and events teams will be key, as well as contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements.
