In this role, you will lead a global industrial design team dedicated to innovative packaging design and related initiatives. As part of the Global Core Innovation team, you will coordinate design innovation efforts and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and drive internal innovation projects.

Lead a global industrial design team serving Europe, North America, and Latin America.
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with PLM and Market/Consumer research to identify future needs and opportunities.
•
Ensure visibility of the industrial design team's schedule and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
•
Define the ID roadmap, team and individual goals, and performance management processes.
•
Maintain a customer-focused approach to meet team expectations.
•
Resolve conflicts in priorities, resources, or schedules through alignment with internal customers.
•
Support internal innovation initiatives alongside customer demands.
•
Communicate effectively with customers and develop the team accordingly.
•
Foster collaboration across functions, ID teams, and business units.
•
Define and align global ID software requirements and licensing.
•
Enhance engagement and collaboration within the Core ID team.
•
Facilitate research and decision-making for design innovation initiatives.
•
Manage individual performance for assigned team members.
•
Ensure team members adhere to timelines for design projects aligned with business goals.
•
Build relationships with customers and act as a design/technical expert.
•
Establish internal design and work standards in partnership with the design innovation team.
•
Research and implement new design tools and techniques to advance team capabilities.
