Als ploegleider ben je de spil in ons team en speel je een cruciale rol in de kassenbouw en installaties. Je leidt een team van monteurs aan boeiende projecten, zowel in Nederland als daarbuiten. In samenwerking met de teamleider uitvoering zorg je voor een strikte naleving van planningen en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je neemt actief deel aan werkoverleggen en toolbox meetings, wat bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer.
Vereisten
•
Ervaring in de kassenbouw en scherming.
•
Communicatief vaardig, zelfstandig en affiniteit met de glastuinbouw.
•
Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
•
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
•
Leidinggevende ervaring binnen de kassenbouw of scherminstallaties.
•
In het bezit van VCA Vol, hoogwerker certificaat en BHV of bereid deze te behalen.
•
Rijbewijs B.
•
Bereidheid om in het buitenland te werken.
