We are seeking a Quantitative Developer for our Amsterdam office to join one of our Trading teams. This role connects trading research and software development: you will write production code that directly influences strategy performance, collaborating with researchers on engineering challenges that have immediate P&L implications.

Owning the team's strategy code.

•

Independently building and deploying strategy enhancements where the transition from idea to production poses significant engineering challenges.

Accelerating the team's research cycle using our in-house AI development tools, from coding assistants to AI-driven research workflows.

•

Coordinating technical efforts with infrastructure teams.

•

Maintaining the base of analytical scripts to enhance scalability.

Strong mathematical and algorithmic thinking, along with a solid grasp of mathematical statistics and probability theory.

Willingness to delve deeply into strategy specifics and market microstructure.

•

Desire to enhance infrastructure, code, and related processes.

•

Proficiency in writing high-quality code in Python 3 and C++.
