De Rol
Als Allround Chef ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze keukenbrigade. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
✔️ Bereiden van gerechten en serveren van buffetten
✔️ Toezien op kwaliteit en naleving van hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP)
✔️ Uitvoeren van à la minute-kookwerkzaamheden, portioneren en garneren
✔️ Plannen van dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een efficiënte keukenorganisatie
✔️ Meedenken over menu’s en werkinstructies voor een optimale kaart
✔️ Schoonhouden van de werkomgeving volgens de hoogste standaarden
