Ben jij een doener met sterke handen en een talent voor het lezen van productietekeningen? Sluit je aan bij ons team als IJzervlechter en leer het vak terwijl je bijdraagt aan de productie van prefab betonnen elementen voor hoogbouwprojecten.
Jouw rol: Ben jij uitstekend in het lezen van productietekeningen, een echte doener en heb je sterke handen? Dan ben jij de IJzervlechter die wij zoeken! Hoe ziet jouw werk eruit: Op basis van de tekeningen staan alle benodigde materialen voor je klaar; Je knipt stalen netten op maat; Je vlecht wapeningsnetten van stalen staven en netten tot een wapeningskorf voor bijvoorbeeld een trap, wand, galerij of balkon; Als je wilt gaan we je opleiden om de buigautomaat te bedienen.
Jouw Profiel: Ervaring als IJzervlechter vinden wij geweldig. Maar het belangrijkste is je motivatie en enthousiasme. Dus als jij heel graag het vak wilt leren dan kan dat bij ons. Maar het is wel nodig dat je enig technisch inzicht hebt en tekeningen kunt lezen. De eigenschappen die voor een IJzervlechter belangrijk zijn: Meten is weten! Dus het is belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig werkt; Aanpakker! Het werken als IJzervlechter is niet voor watjes; Teamspeler! Samen met je collega's zorg je dat het werk volgens planning klaar is op het eind van de dag; Gezelligheid! Wij zijn een Brabants familiebedrijf en daarom is het wel belangrijk dat je een gezellige collega bent.
