Are you looking for a position with a lot of responsibility within a dynamic environment? Your experience within HR will come into its own at one of the top players in the logistics market.
The Role
You will be responsible for processing inflow, throughput, and outflow mutations in our HR system, ensuring correct handling of all personnel changes. You will play a crucial role in personnel administration and coordinate with your HR Support colleagues.
In addition, you will support HR colleagues, managers, and employees across various DSV sites. Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations is essential for success in this role, as you will manage all HR system movements submitted by employees, managers, and HR colleagues. Your attention to detail will help you identify, reconcile, and correct discrepancies while adhering to specific collective labor agreement regulations and procedures.
