Voor onze apotheekgroep in de regio Nijmegen zijn wij op zoek naar een collega-apotheker die met plezier in het vak staat en openstaat voor innovatie. Wij geloven dat automatisering niet bedoeld is om harder te werken, maar om meer tijd voor onze patiënten en de inhoud van het vak te creëren. Daarom investeren we continu in moderne technologie en slimme werkprocessen.

Over het Bedrijf

Je komt terecht in een ondernemende organisatie met korte lijnen, moderne apotheken in gezondheidscentra en een intensieve samenwerking met huisartsen en andere zorgverleners. Ons team bestaat uit acht apothekers met een gemiddelde leeftijd van slechts 37 jaar. We werken hard, houden van ons vak en vinden een goede werksfeer minstens zo belangrijk.

De Rol

Iedere week overleggen we met alle apothekers, bespreken we inhoudelijke vraagstukken en delen we ideeën om onze zorg en organisatie verder te verbeteren. Er is ook ruimte voor gezelligheid; elke maand sluiten we af met een informele borrel en organiseren we regelmatig leuke teamuitjes. Samenwerken betekent voor ons ook samen plezier maken.
