Als zelfstandig werkend kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de mise-en-place, de bereiding en presentatie van onze gerechten. Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt je hoofd koel tijdens drukke services.
