Imagine being the person who keeps Destinus aligned, on track, and moving at industrial tempo. As our PMO Analyst, you'll be at the heart of how programs are managed, reported, and governed. You'll transform scattered inputs into clear SteerCo reporting, create templates and structures that enable the organization to operate efficiently, and ensure that decisions are made and executed effectively.
The Role
•
Build, maintain, and continuously enhance SteerCo and management reporting, converting program data into actionable insights.
•
Design and standardize templates, dashboards, and reporting structures used across programs and functions, including change management templates.
•
Prepare, structure, and lead recurring calls and meetings, managing agendas, follow-ups, and accountability for action items.
•
Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets, proactively highlighting areas needing attention.
•
Utilize AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, and analysis, fostering these practices within the team.
•
Serve as the right hand to the Head of Program Management Office, providing a single source of truth for program status across stakeholders and leadership.
