Als een sleutelfiguur binnen de functie Risk, Trading en Operations, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op sportsbook- en casino-exposure in real-time, waarbij je de winstgevendheid beschermt en een naadloze spelerservaring behoudt.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Monitoren van live sportsbook- en casino-activiteit om scherp spel, arbitragemogelijkheden, uitbuitend gedrag en bonusmisbruik te identificeren en te mitigeren.
•
Analyseren van spelersgedrag, winstgevendheidstrends, inzetpatronen en opname-activiteit om passende risicomaatregelen en accountcontroles te implementeren.
•
Toezicht houden op sportsbook-exposure tijdens pre-match en live evenementen, het beheren van verplichtingen en reageren op marktbewegingen in real-time.
•
Ondersteunen van handelsoperaties door limieten aan te passen, weddenschappen te beoordelen, feedproviders te beheren en risicoinstellingen van het platform te configureren.
•
Onderzoeken van de prestaties van casinospellen en RTP-trends om technische irregulariteiten, fraude-risico's of multi-accounting gedrag te identificeren.
•
Samenwerken met de teams Fraud, Payments, VIP, Product, Trading en Customer Support om kritieke incidenten te escaleren en operationele integriteit te waarborgen.
•
Ontwikkelen van rapportagekaders, geautomatiseerde waarschuwingen en data-gedreven risicanalyseprocessen om efficiëntie en besluitvorming te verbeteren.
•
Bijdragen aan de lange termijn marge duurzaamheid terwijl je de klantenervaring en commerciële doelstellingen in balans houdt.
