De Rol
Als inspecteur bereid je audits voor en voer je deze uit op het gebied van voedselveiligheid, productkwaliteit en hygiëne. Je inspecteert ruimtes en processen, beoordeelt werkhandboeken en neemt monsters af. Na afloop bespreek je jouw bevindingen met de klant en geef je concreet advies over verbeterpunten, rekening houdend met geldende wetgeving en de toepasselijke hygiënecode. Je legt alles zorgvuldig vast in duidelijke rapportages, waardoor je een vertrouwde specialist voor de klant wordt.
