Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Beheren en bewaken van de dagelijkse financiële administratie van Match My Brand.
•
Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte verwerking van crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie.
•
Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen.
•
Bewaken van openstaande posten, verzorgen van betalingen en onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers.
•
Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en zorgen voor een correcte financiële vastlegging.
•
Opstellen van financiële overzichten en rapportages ter ondersteuning van de organisatie.
•
Ondersteunen bij salarisadministratie en diverse HR-gerelateerde administratieve processen.
•
Zorgdragen voor personeelsadministratie rondom onboarding, contracten, verlof en verzuim.
•
Beheren en ondersteunen van financiële en operationele systemen en administratieve processen.
•
Aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega’s bij financiële, administratieve en operationele vragen.
•
Signaleren van kansen om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger in te richten.
•
Ondersteunen van de Head of Operations bij uiteenlopende (financiële) operationele werkzaamheden.
