We are seeking a Retail Partnership Manager to join Form & Craft, a curated wholesale brand that connects quality home and lifestyle products from independent Indian makers to European retailers. As we expand in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for experienced sales representatives with established relationships in the market.

In this role, you will leverage your existing network to represent Form & Craft’s portfolio of products. Your main responsibilities will include:

You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, with access to lookbooks, product collateral, platform support, and pricing assistance. Our 180-day returns policy alleviates buyer concerns, allowing you to focus solely on relationship-building and sales.

Driving wholesale orders from both existing and new customers.

Identifying and onboarding new retail and B2B accounts.

Maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business.

Providing market feedback on product performance and demand trends.

Operating independently with full ownership of your sales pipeline.
