We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Subsea) to lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery, with a strong focus on offshore, subsea or marine-related operations. In this role, you will manage complex technical projects involving internal teams, external partners, and customers. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing expectations, identifying risks early, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as the main point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Manage projects related to offshore, subsea, or marine operations, such as subsea cable installation, geotechnical monitoring, marine surveys, or similar activities. Coordinate closely with R&D, engineering, production, commercial, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Translate technical requirements into clear project deliverables, timelines, and actions. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, quality, and customer expectations. Monitor project progress, budget, planning, scope, and key milestones. Support bid development, technical discussions, and customer relationship management where needed. Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and ways of working in a scaling organization. Capture lessons learned, share knowledge, and support others in building strong project delivery practices.
