Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

•

5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing with strong knowledge of electronic circuitry.

•

Broad knowledge of electronic products and assembly processes.

•

Ability to create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

•

Establish, implement, and monitor operational compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.

•

Drive initiatives for process standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence, while providing continuous improvement across the production floor.

•

Manage multiple priorities, assess risks and trade-offs, and propose and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

•

Results-driven with a growth mindset regarding product knowledge.

•

Capable of delivering clear and confident presentations to upper management.

•

Able to work independently and focus on meeting business objectives.

•

Proficient in Oracle, shopfloor systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•

Fluent in Dutch and English.
