We're creating body-worn garments specifically for public safety, where the garment is not just an accessory but the core product. This role is focused on owning the design language of the product, including form, proportion, materials, and finish, ensuring that the original design intent is maintained throughout the production process. You will work at the intersection of aesthetics and engineering, with designs created and owned in-house rather than merely specified and handed off. Your day-to-day tasks will involve direct collaboration with our team, engaging in hands-on activities such as sketching, CAD surface modeling, and rapid prototyping to test designs in real-world scenarios.
