De Rol
Als zelfstandig werkende kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van gerechten, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Je houdt je bezig met voorbereidende en bereidende werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de werkomgeving en keukenapparatuur schoon en op orde zijn. Je kunt eventueel ook keukenhulpen aansturen en de voorraad en bestellingen beheren.
